BODY CLOCK
I’m trying to fix my body clock and my sleep pattern. I’ve fallen into the habit of going asleep at 3-5 am, and not waking until 1pm at the earliest. Today I HAD to be up at 8am. The day felt twice as long and it was productive and I super like that, so I got a taste for the real world once more.
